Lili update. As some know every 3 months she has to go in for check up to see how the cancer is. Few weeks ago when she did the blood work it came back good but a xray showed something. Doctor order MRI, CT full scans and full blood work. The spots in her lung did grow some they increased a few millimeters. But the one in her stomach increased 2.5 CM in 4 months. It's close to her spine too. Next step is she sees the surgeon that operated on her 4 years ago. So most likely we will do the operation again which is better then 6 months of chemo. So surgery and some chemo opossed to months and months of just chemo. She sees the surgeon next Wed.
This is where I ask everyone who reads this for prayers. We both are scared and numb. I beg you all please pray and send postive healing to my Liliancat. Thank you. -Sean

Coffee is made, help yourself *motions to the coffee pot* There are also some fresh croissants and jam. Liliancat, Baby Lily and me are just going hang out in bed this morning, enjoy living our best lives... there is plenty of room to join us. I just added a log to the fireplace. We got some snow last night. Oh, we have to wear socks now in bed with Baby Lily Kitten; she likes attacking feet.
I have a request. Please. It's that time again Liliancat has to have those test to see where her cancer is at. Please send prayers, positive vibes. Also, bare with us while we go though this and wait for the results which is always maddening. The cat scan and Mri is Friday. Then we have to wait for her team of doctor's to get the results and let us know. The waiting part is always the hardest.
And Hug the one's you love today. Life is precioues!

It's ok to be scared, Baby. I am too. So we give ourselves permission to stress, worry and be scared for a few days and that is ok! I am sure some of our friends will join right in with us being worried too. We all can be here for each other.

Today is Lilliancat Day! I told her last night that all day today is her day and I will not tell her no all day long so we can do what ever she wants and I will say yes too even watch one of those girly korean movies she likes.... What efer she ask of me today I will do! (what am I getting myself into!) So, before she wakes up I wrote her this poem to start her day. She will understand the meaning to it:
My Lily
(I do not claim to be a poet, but I tried, It comes from my heart and covers from the day this amazing woman came into my life.
I love you!)
A lonely song,
belonging nor owned,
simply a lend,
by virtue of tone.
She is a pilfered sonata breaking me from my ponderings,
Her sweet loud song grounding my wanderings.
Winter lay down a frozen mantle
trailing crystal cobwebs beneath the eaves of forest nestled in dark recesses untouched.
I Delighting in the caress of moonlight when
like a floating snowflake my heart found her.
Her musical laughter
lacing the air with crystal frost
Her breath in my ear as she tells me she loves me is the small sound of turning pages.
I find myself thinking, under gently rapping leaves.
She loves me.
